REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Due to the customization nature of our products, we do not issue refunds or exchanges on our items. Please ask any questions you have about our products prior to ordering.
PAYMENT: Payments are due at time of purchase. TAX: NC Residents are charged Sales Tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations. We typically start processing your order immediately when placed. We are not able to guarantee changes to shipping addresses or monograms entered in incorrect order after the order is placed but will attempt to make changes if possible. Please let us know if you have any questions.
MONOGRAMS VS. INITIALS: We will assume that any three letters on an order is a monogram meaning that the first and last initial will be the same size and the middle letter larger. Unless noted on your order that you want your initials (meaning that all the letters are the same size) we will do them as a monogram. PLEASE NOTE: If you want initials, you MUST let us know or we will assume it is a monogram! You can leave us a note during checkout in the space provided "note from buyer" that the three letters are INITIALS ONLY and we will produce them all the same size in the order they are given.
MISTAKES: We understand that mistakes happen, and if an error is made on our part, we will most definitely replace the original order with the correct information, monogram, initials, fabric, thread colors or fonts. However, we cannot be responsible for mistakes made on our client’s part. We are sorry if you didn’t read the description or understand something. If you are confused about anything in the descriptions, please reach out to us and we will walk you through. We will not replace or refund any orders that have been done with the information given to us by you. We hope you understand and realize that we are running a business and cannot just give product away because the client ordered wrong in the first place. We will, however, be happy to offer a coupon code for you to purchase a new item with the correct information just reach out to us and we will send a code to you.
SHIPPING: Check the shipping estimates on each product page. This is used as a guide but kindly contact us if you need your product by a particular date prior to ordering. We are always eager to help you with your product questions. We typically ship via USPS First Class. We ship to addresses provided. If a package is returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for re-shipment to another address. Please note: Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the original estimated date. Delivery dates via USPS are an estimate and any delays are out of our control. If you need an order earlier than the estimated shipping date, please message me prior to ordering and I will do my best to accommodate.
TRACKING: Tracking Numbers are available once the order has shipped.
RUSH ORDERS: Kindly contact us prior to ordering if your package is needed by a particular date. To upgrade to expedited/Rush shipping we have two options USPS and UPS.

FIRST CLASS: Usually takes about 4-7 days to arrive (USPS does NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date with this shipping option) Once our facility has shipped your package it is out of our hands, and we have absolutely no control of when it will ultimately arrive. You will receive a tracking number(s) where you can track your packages progress. We are not responsible for late arrivals, damaged or lost packages. We WILL NOT replace or refund items lost or damaged in the mail so please do not ask. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are experiencing unprecedented volumes of shipments and delays are to be expected. As most of you are aware global challenges in the supply chain are creating certain product shortages and delivery delays that are industry wide and beyond our control. Shipping delays are the new normal! Please be mindful of this when placing your orders. If you want something we suggest DON’T WAIT TO ORDER! Track your package via USPS.com. Tracking through Etsy does not always provide the most current status on your package. Please note, orders sometimes get delayed in transit, especially around the holidays. We unfortunately have absolutely NO control over your package once it’s dropped off with USPS and cannot be held liable for any shipping delays. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Orders that get delayed in transit and therefore don’t arrive by a certain date will not be refunded.

Damaged Goods/Broken Products: We are not responsible for missing, lost or damaged goods. If you want a guarantee of replacement, we suggest you insure your packages at an additional fee.

INFORMATION: In the event that information is missing (i.e. font choice, thread color, personalization etc.) that we need to complete your order we will contact you via Etsy conversation. We will attempt to contact you about an order that is missing vital information, such as: thread color, font, monogram verses initials etc. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours after we attempt to contact you, we will choose for you. We need to do this in order to complete and ship your order out to you in a timely fashion. If thread colors, fabric choices and font choices are not given we reserve the right to decide for you. Due to the vast variety of computer monitors actual fabric, and thread colors may vary. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand that the actual color my vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. If a photo(s) is shared to Sew Girlie/Seersucker then it belongs to Sew Girlie/Seersucker to use for publication, advertising, and other media outlets.

If a RUSH order is requested, we kindly request we are contacted PRIOR to ordering so we can make sure we can ship in time for your needs. Additional shipping may be required for Rush Orders.
Fonts:
Monograms are requested in First, LAST, Middle initial order.
Monogram fonts only are: Entwined, Circle, & Monogram Font---These are only for three letter monograms or single initials.
All other fonts can be used for both monograms and names!
REFUNDS: Our items are custom made, so refunds and exchanges are not available for these items. If an error is made on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item as soon as possible.
Communication: We will communicate via the email on file for your Etsy account. We strongly recommend including your phone number at checkout so we can call if there are any questions. Please check your spam folder for emails.
ABOUT FABRICS: We purchase the same fabrics again and again; however, they may not look the same each time. This is due to the dye lots of each fabric. During production of fabrics, you can get more of a color or less of a color depending on who is mixing the dye that day. With this being said if you are a repeat customer, you may have purchased a seersucker fabric binky buddy in light pink and then came back for another months later (thanks by the way) and your new seersucker binky buddy in light pink may be darker or lighter than the original, this new one is from a different fabric batch i.e. dye lot and therefore my not look exactly like your original one purchased.
