Q. Do you wholesale or drop ship?
A. Sew Girlie Inc does do some wholesale and drop shipping. However, you would need to contact us at: info@sewgirlie.com to request information.

Q. Do you take returns?
A. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there is an error on our part. If you have any specific questions regarding a product, please contact us at: info@sewgirlie.com or call us at our customer service line: 910-617-0906 and we will be happy to assist you in making your decision.

Q. Do you offer bulk discounts?
A. Yes we do,  if you have a very large quantity that you would like to get for your group or organization please contact us at: info@sewgirlie.com or give us a call at our customer service line: 910-617-0906

Q. How long will my order take?
A. I strive to have orders shipped within 10-14 business days. However, during the holiday season orders can take up to 3 weeks to process. Please contact us prior to making an order that needs to meet your specific deadline. We will work with you on getting it to you on time.  Our holiday cutoff date for Christmas is December 5th.  We will make no guarentees of product arrival time, once the items leave our studios we no longer have control of its delivery time.  You will be provided a tracking number with usps so that you can track your orders location.

Q. Will you donate products for charities?
A. YES! We love giving back to the community. However, we will need to have all of your information regarding your particular charity before any denotation will be given as well as the appropriate paperwork for tax purposes. Also, please understand that we are not able to donate to every charity, but we will do our best!

Q. How do I  type my initials so that they are in the correct order for my monogram?   

A.  Traditional Monograms are placed in this order. First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle Name Initial.

Q. I Love the first product I ordered and then bought a second one, however it is not the exact same size as the first.

 A.  We take great pride in making each and every monogrammed gift on our site.  Due to the nature of many of our products having "exact" matches will not be possible.  Each and every order is hand cut, sewn and assembled.  Slight  variations are to be expected.  This is one of the qualitites that make our monogrmammed gifts so unique and add to each and every products character.

In the case of some of our products and their size, arranging personalization placement is determined by Sew Girlie Inc. You are giving Sew Girlie Inc. creative liberty in placement of name, monogram, saying, single initials or any other form of personalization on any product ordered.

Monograms vs. Three Letter Names

When typing a monogram in the field provided we request that you use all caps or all lowercase so that our monogrammers understand that it is in fact a “monogram”.  Unless it is otherwise indicated in customer comments section of checkout that you want your monogram arranged in a different way we will always place in the order seen on the order form and always in capital letters.

When typing a name in the field provided we request that you type the first letter in caps and the other two letters in lower case, just as you would when typing your name, signing your name, or printing your name.  This will single to our monogrammers that it is in fact a “name” to be personalized on your product not a “monogram”
